Food & Calories:
2 Great Value Blueberry Waffles-190 calories
Lite Syrup-75 calories
Half cup of 1% milk-55 calories
Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam on Wheat Bread-340 calories
Medium Coffee w/extra cream and sugar-220 calories
banana-90 calories
White Cheese Doodles serving-150 calories
Hard Salami, Bologna, Virginia Ham & White American on Wheat Bread-470 calories
Total Calories Consumed: 1590 calories
Exercise:
1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone-15 minutes
I give myself a A- for the day. I would have given myself a straight A if I would have made a few better food choices and I would have given myself an A+ for a half hour of exercise. Overall…I am happy with my day
I am getting better at this. I am starting to care again. It is hard and still a struggle but I am feeling more and more like I can do this again.
yay! A- is still in the A family and that rocks! Keep it up girly! Cant wait to see your blog for today with a huge A+.
I want to see an A+ in the near future too Summer and I am working on it.

I give you an A! You told us that the snacks are part of your normal diet. So if this is normal for you, and you had one serving and stopped yourself? That right there deserves an A alone!!!

Thanks Tabb. It is weird because I have never ate clean as most do on here in order to lose weight. I always ate candy bars, ice cream, chips whatever. I always incorporated goodies into my calorie intake and yet there were still days that I would eat only 1200 calories and that would be with eating a Snickers etc and I would still drop 2 or 3 pounds for the week.
A+ You got that workout in, and we are rebuilding. We were trying to do too much, and we’d been slacking, so we just had to start fresh. Now that we’re doing things the right way, building those healthy habits again, the weight will come off. You’re amazing my friend! I am so proud of you for turning everything around!!!!
